When you join early access, we collect your name, email address, and optional shopping preferences. When you contact us, we collect the information in your message. We may also collect limited technical information such as device type, referring page, approximate location, page interactions and IP-derived security signals.
How we use information
We use information to manage early access, respond to enquiries, operate and secure the website, understand aggregate usage, improve recommendations, and send updates you requested. We do not sell personal information.
Affiliate links and retailer tracking
Some future product links may be affiliate links. When you follow one, the retailer or affiliate network may receive the referring page, device information and an affiliate identifier, and may place or recognise cookies or similar technologies to attribute a purchase. Those third parties process information under their own privacy policies. Outfiva will clearly identify commercial links when they go live.
Cookies and analytics
Essential technologies may be used for security and website operation. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are enabled, we will provide any consent controls required by applicable law and update this policy with the relevant providers and retention periods.
Storage and retention
Early-access records are stored with a configured database provider and retained while Outfiva is in development and for a reasonable period afterward. Contact messages are delivered through our email provider. We keep information only as long as needed for the stated purpose, security or legal obligations.
Sharing
We may use vetted providers for hosting, analytics, email, databases and affiliate attribution. They may process information only for the relevant service. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect users and the service.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of updates, through the contact page. Requests will be handled subject to applicable law.
